Senior Producer, Bilingual
As a Senior Producer at PlayEveryWare you'll be critical to the success of port projects and co-development initiatives. You’ll work alongside indie and AAA development teams on unique and exciting games with no two projects ever the same.

Senior Producer, Bilingual (English & Japanese)
As a senior producer, you understand how to empower and support the developers you work with while also keeping them motivated and accountable to schedules and budgets.
You have a mastery of the processes, tools, and tricks needed to ensure project deliverables are completed on time and to quality. You’re a master at clear, concise, open, and transparent communication and strive to form strong interpersonal relationships that can be counted on.
Responsibilities
- Build, drive, and coordinate schedules, budgets, project, and team specific planning overseeing development velocity of multiple co-development and port teams
- Guide internal development efforts by consolidating feedback and requests against business needs
- Help define and control project scope and manage expectations. Make sure developers are building what’s needed and that clients are happy with what's made
- Lead production rituals including daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Understanding responsibilities and culture across the teams, both internal and external
- Generate production materials such as documentation and project reports for internal and external use
- Partner with internal QA leadership on release management and test scheduling
- Support teams and studio by maintaining project context to understand how project and people are performing, and to anticipate team needs, blockers, and other dependencies
- Serve as a hub for technical resources and risk mitigation best practices
Qualifications
- BA/BS or MS Degree (if you require a work visa)
- Fluent English & Japanese language skills
- 5+ years of experience in game production, including console game development
- Knowledge of agile development methodologies and software tools such as JIRA, ClickUp, etc.
- Proven ability to develop and deploy new processes to drive achievement of results
- Willingness and ability to work with people of all types in and outside the company
- Excellent overall communication skills and emotional intelligence
Nice to have
- Experience shipping at least one high-profile or professional game project
- Experience working with platform development teams or cross-team features
- Proven ability to manage strategic partnerships across time zones and cultures
- Experience with release management and console certification
